Our service covers

coverage and entire

Schedule

Management has a
proven program that
works. Typically a
sales representative
will visit your
property to assess
the condition,
expectation levels
and cost for
services
needed/desired on
the property. After
it is established
the customer wants
service we will
treat the property
according to it’s
specific needs
within 3-5 business
days. Your first
visit will usually
be a granular or a
liquid application.
Your following
service will be
20-45 days after the
1st visit and the
application opposite
of the 1st. The
reason for the
difference is that
we are putting you
in route with the
rest of your
neighbors in your
area. Your 3rd visit
will be a tree and
shrub treatment as
well as walking the
yard and backpacking
and spot treating
weeds. An invoice
will be left on the
door stating what
was applied and a
stake left by your
mailbox with the
date on the back.
This stake and our
invoice will state
you need to water
within the next 48
hours.
